3-Color Potato Salad
- 12 potatoes
- 3 large carrots
- 1 purple cabbage
- lemon
- half a bunch of green onions
- half a bunch of parsley
- black pepper, paprika
- liquid oil
Boil the potatoes and dice them finely. Add oil, salt and spices and mix. Cut these potatoes into 3. Grate the purple cabbage and mix it with the first potato. Grate the carrots, fry them in oil until wilted and mix with the second potato. Finally, chop the greens and mix with the third potato. While mixing them, be sure to check the lemon and salt again. While adding the ingredients to the potatoes, make sure that they are thoroughly mixed with a fork. Lay cling film on the cake tin. Pour the carrot mixture first. Then pour the green mixture and finally the purple mixture. Press it well into the mold. It will taste better if you let it sit overnight. If you don’t have time, rest for at least 4-5 hours.
