American Salad recipe

  • 1 large jar garnish (carrot-potato-peas)
  • 3-4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 10 pickled gherkins
  • 2 boiled potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • juice of half a lemon
  • salt

Drain the garnish thoroughly and put it in a mixing bowl. Finely chop the pickles and add them. Add mayonnaise and mix well. Boil ‘ potatoes and grate them into the mixture with mayanoz. Add olive oil, lemon and salt and mix well. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours and serve. Enjoy your meal.
