Baked Beans with Sausage
- 2 cups dried beans
- 1 onion
- 1 finger sausage
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 3-4 hot pot peppers
The beans are soaked overnight (if the beans are of the type that cooks quickly, there is no need to soak them), in the morning, the water is filtered and enough water is added to the top and boiled in a steel pot on low heat for 45-50 minutes. Onion is chopped for cooking, sautéed in olive oil, round cut sausages are put into it, tomato paste, salt, black pepper, red powdered pepper, paprika and unflavored hot pot pepper are added and added to the boiled beans. It is boiled for 5 minutes, divided into small casseroles and baked in the hot oven for 20 minutes. It is a wonderful dish that is indispensable for Turkish cuisine. Enjoy your meal.
