Baked Mushroom Casserole

  • 1 pack of mushrooms
  • 2 tomatoes
  • half a kilo of lamb or veal
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • liquid oil
  • 1 cup grated cheddar
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

All of the vegetables are cut in julienne, that is, in the shape of a matchstick. Mushrooms are sauteed first in a little oil or butter. Add carrots and red peppers after leaving the water and draining it. Add onion and mix again. Add tomato paste and tomatoes. The meat is boiled in the pressure cooker and added to the vegetables. Mix well and pour into casseroles. Add grated cheddar on it. Baked in the oven for 10 minutes. Enjoy your meal
