Baked Sea Bass

  • 2 sea bass (according to the number of people)
  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 4-5 stalks of spring onions
  • parsley
  • half a teaspoon of olive oil
  • salt

Baked Sea Bass Recipe and Preparation:

Salt the cleaned washed fish and place in a heatproof baking dish. Arrange the diced potatoes, carrots and diced onions around the fish. Add olive oil and a tea glass of water and bake in the oven heated to 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.

Finely chop the spring onions and parsley and sprinkle them on when serving. Enjoy everyone, I hope you have a fruitful fish season 🙂
