Barley Noodle Salad – Practical Recipes

BARLEY NON SALAD
- 1 pack of barley vermicelli
- 1 can of corn
- 1 teaspoon of pickled gherkins
- 1 green and red chili pepper
- 5 green onions
- juice of 1 lemon
- dill, black pepper, paprika, dried mint, parsley.
Fry the barley vermicelli in a little olive oil until lightly browned. When it turns pink, add 2 glasses of water and let it cook. After cooking, take it in a large bowl to cool down and mix it from time to time. Drain the canned corn. Chop the green/red peppers, green onions, parsley, add all the ingredients to the barley noodle and mix. You can increase or decrease salt and lemon according to your own taste. Great flavor. Enjoy your meal
