  • 1 kg beef cubed (the more meat, the more delicious it is)
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 2 red peppers
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 3 medium potatoes (normally not put, but I put them for variety.)
  • 1 tablespoon of chili paste
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons of water and olive oil

First, cook the meat in the pot until the water is absorbed. Meanwhile, dice the tomatoes, garlic, potatoes and peppers. Meat; After draining the water, spread it on the tray. Then add the chopped ingredients and mix. Dilute the tomato paste in a bowl and add it. Add salt and pepper and add 2 tea glasses of water. Drizzle with oil or olive oil. Bake in a preheated 190 degree oven until the potatoes are soft. If it absorbs water from time to time, add hot water and don’t forget to mix it.
