Bonito Pan – Kitchen Secrets – Practical Recipes
For Istanbul, from the 15th of September to the end of November, the bonito was the most delicious and plentiful. This fish is very famous for its pan, grill, oven, stewing and lakerda. My moms took out the fillet and put it in salt yesterday, we are waiting for the result with curiosity 🙂
Since I don’t like to sort fish, I had the fisherman clean and slice it. This was both more practical and less fragrant 🙂

Ingredients for Acorn Pan Recipe
- 2 peeled and sliced bonito
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 water glass measure of oil
How to Make Bonito Pan Recipe?
- Wash the cleaned and sliced acorn slices with plenty of water until the blood is completely cleared.
- Take it to the strainer and wait for 10 minutes for the water to drain. Salt the drained bonito slices front to back.
- Take the oil in the pan and heat it. Fry the bonito, which you cleaned by flouring and shaking off the excess flour, on medium heat.
- Serve with the salad.
