Recently, my favorite recipe of both my daughter and myself is broccoli meatballs. Both the broccoli and the oven may make you wonder first, but it turns out so delicious that people are surprised. I eat this meatball for 2 snacks, it is incredibly satisfying with a glass of ayran. My daughter, on the other hand, eats 4-5 pieces of meat at once after sleeping 🙂 A total of 10 meatballs come out from these measurements.

As you know, despite my intense and irregular pace, it allows me to lose weight by following step by step and giving great directions. The situation is very good at the moment 🙂 I set my order as 2 main and 2 snacks.

The purpose of snacks is to balance our blood sugar and to provide satiety until the next main meal. When we maintain the same regularity, our metabolism starts to accelerate, which, of course, ensures that our process progresses as we want.

So is it necessary?
No.

The important thing is how the person’s order is, some progress in the form of 2 main meals, 2-3 snacks, some make 3 main meals and never snack.
For some, snacks are more important than the main meal. At this point, the thing to do is to find the right thing for the person. You can find the best for yourself by trial and error.
There is no single rule, nutrition is an order that should act according to one’s life 🥰

Ingredients for Broccoli Meatballs Recipe

  • 200 g broccoli
  • 1 small carrot
  • 1 egg
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 cup of whole wheat flour
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • cumin

How to Make Broccoli Meatballs Recipe?

  1. Divide the broccoli into sprouts and boil the peeled carrot to the tooth (approximately 10 minutes).
  2. Drain the cooked material. Finely chop the broccoli, grate the carrot.
  3. Take the chopped onion and 1 egg into the mixing bowl. Add all ingredients except flour and mix.
  4. Add a little flour and knead until the dough has a consistency.
  5. Shape the meatballs you have prepared with spoons and place them on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
  6. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 15 minutes.
  7. 2-3 minutes before you take it out of the oven, you can apply olive oil with the help of a brush.
