Broccoli Salad – Practical Recipes

It is known that broccoli, which is from the cabbage family, is a very useful and light vegetable. For this reason, you can often make broccoli both a meal and a soup. What about broccoli salad? It may be a different choice. Say what?
Materials:
- A vineyard of broccoli
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 carrots
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
- a lemon
- 1 cup of boiled corn
Preparation of:
Clean and boil the broccoli. Grate the tomatoes, carrots and garlic. Lightly cook the grated vegetables in olive oil. Pour over the boiled broccoli. Season with lemon juice and salt.
In order for the broccoli salad to be delicious, it is important that the vegetables you pour on it are plentiful and seasoned according to your taste.
