Broccoli Salad with Yogurt – Practical Recipes

Yogurt Broccoli Salad
Materials:
- ½ pound broccoli
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 red pepper
- Add the juice of 1 lemon and the oil in the form of halving the glass. Water in the other half of the glass
- salt, pepper
- Garlic yoghurt for topping
Fabrication:
First of all, wash the broccoli thoroughly and leave it in water with lemon and vinegar (salt is also fine) for 10 minutes.
Chop the carrot and pepper into rings, the onion coarsely, and the 2 outer garlic cloves.
Arrange broccoli in a separate pan. And add the carrot, onion, garlic and pepper on it. (Carrot on the bottom, onion and pepper on the top) Add paprika, salt and add our lemon oil and water glass to the pan. Cover and cook on high first, and when the sauce starts to boil, cook on low heat for 20-25 minutes.
You can add yoghurt with garlic on it and serve. Bon appetit 🙂
