Bulgur Salad with Yogurt – Practical Recipes

  • 2 cups bulgur with rice
  • 1 kilo of yogurt
  • half a bunch of parsley
  • half a bunch of dill
  • 15 small pickled gherkins

For the above:

  • 2 tablespoons of butter and 1 tablespoon of tomato paste

Bulgur Salad with Yogurt Recipe and Preparation:

Wash the bulgur and put it in a saucepan. We add boiling water until it is late and cook it. Add very little salt. Set the cooked bulgur aside to cool. We chop half a bunch of parsley and dill finely, chop the pickles and add them to the bulgur with yogurt. Those who wish can add a small amount of garlic and mayonnaise, mix them and put them in the serving bowl. Adjust the olive oil and salt. You can decorate as you wish. While serving, we heat the tomato paste in butter and pour it into the bowls. A cool flavor that will suit your tables very well these days when the weather is getting hot. Enjoy your meal
