Carrot and Mayonnaise Salad
- 2 zucchini
- 2 celery
- 2 carrots
- 250 gr. mayonnaise
- 250 gr. yogurt
- half a bunch of dill
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 tablespoons of oil
Carrot and Mayonnaise Salad Recipe and Preparation:
All materials are peeled, washed and cut into pieces of backgammon dice. Oil is poured into a Teflon pan. Chopped vegetables are cooked at low heat (10 minutes).
Take it in a large bowl. Add mayonnaise, yoghurt, crushed garlic and finely chopped dill, mix all the ingredients. Take it to the serving plate. It is decorated and served. Enjoy your meal
