CARROT ROLL SALAD
- 1 kg of carrots
- 4 eggs
- 5 tablespoons of flour
- 1 teaspoon salt

Carrot Roll Salad Recipe and Preparation:
Carrots are grated and fried in a little oil until cooked. Add 1 tea glass of hot water and continue cooking until the water is absorbed. After adding salt, it is left to cool.
Beat the whites of four eggs until they are like snow. Egg yolks and flour are added to the carrots and passed through a blender. Egg whites, which were previously turned into snow, are slowly added to this mixture and mixed with a wooden spoon.
This prepared dough is poured neatly on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and baked in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes. is cooked. As soon as it comes out of the oven, it is rolled up with the help of greaseproof paper and left to cool.
In a separate place, white cheese is crushed and mixed with strained yogurt. Add 1-2 cloves of garlic crushed with salt and finely chopped dill.
The cooled roll is opened slowly without breaking the cake, and the prepared yoghurt mixture is applied and rolled again as a roll.
After the salad is covered with cling film and kept in the fridge overnight, it is sliced and served. Enjoy your meal
