Carrot Salad – Practical Recipes

Carrot Salad Recipe
- 6-7 carrots
- 1-2 dried onions
- 1 bowl of yogurt
- 2-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 4-5 cloves of garlic
- 1 bunch of dill
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 4 tablespoons of oil
- 2-3 teaspoons of salt
- 1 teaspoon of paprika, black pepper, red ground pepper
First grate the carrot. Fry the oil and diced onion in the pan, add the carrot and cook until the carrots release their juices and absorb. add spice. Don’t let the carrots stay alive. In a separate bowl, mix yoghurt, mayonnaise, parsley, dill and crushed garlic, add carrots whose initial temperature has passed, mix and leave for 2-3 hours before serving. If you don’t want the garlic smell too much, you can add the garlic while the carrot is hot and you will feel less garlic smell.
