Cauliflower with Minced Meat – Cruising Stage Recipes – Kitchen Secrets – Practical Recipes

This recipe is my favorite for protein+vegetable days. If you are a pasta and ravioli lover, I think you will love it too. Because it tastes like pasta with minced meat or ravioli to me. (What did they call him a broken consolation? 🙂 )

The recipe is quite a lot for 1 person, I prepare it and divide it into 2 portions so that dinner comes out for my wife. It is also a very good alternative for those who are bored with standard recipes such as fried cauliflower or cauliflower salad.

Also, when I divide the cauliflower, I boil the remaining half in the same water, drain and cool. I put it in the freezer for later use. You can also apply this process for broccoli.


Ingredients for Cauliflower with Minced Meat – Cruising Stage Recipes

  • Half of 1 medium cauliflower

For the roasted ground beef:

  • 250 g lean ground beef
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 teaspoon of tomato puree
  • salt
  • black pepper

For the yogurt sauce:

  • 1 cup of light yogurt
  • 1 clove of garlic

  1. Separate the cauliflower into florets and wash them. Boil half of it and put it in a strainer to drain.
  2. Chop the onion, finely chop the garlic. Lightly fry the onion and garlic in 1 teaspoon of oil and add the ground beef.
  3. Continue frying until the ground beef releases its juice and add the tomatoes. Add salt and pepper and fry until the water is gone.
  4. Prepare the garlic yogurt with 1 clove of garlic.
  5. Serve on the serving plate by first putting the cauliflower, then the garlic yoghurt and the roasted minced meat at the end.
