Chicken Meat Salad – Practical Recipes


  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 pk toast bread
  • yogurt
  • mayonnaise
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 cup of warm milk (for soaking the bread)
  • black pepper, curry, salt

To decorate:

  • mint, paprika
  • corn kernels
  • parsley and dill

Chicken Meat Salad Recipe and Preparation:

Let’s boil the chicken breast well. After it is boiled, let’s take it to our robot and pull it well with 3 cloves of garlic. Let’s mix our yoghurt and mayonnaise and set aside some for spreading. Let’s mix our pulled chicken by adding yogurt + mayonnaise mixture, black pepper, curry and salt. Take the toast bread and soak it with 1 tablespoon of milk. Then let’s put our chicken mixture on it. Let’s do the same process until all the bread is gone. When the breads run out, you will have a huge lofty bread tower. Let’s grasp the bottom and top of the bread with our hands and place it on our plate. Let’s cover it with the yoghurt + mayonnaise mixture (again, separate a little from the mixture). Wrap it in cling film and leave it in the refrigerator for 1 night. When we are going to serve, let’s fix the places where the stretch film sticks with the mixture we set aside. Then you can decorate it however you want. Enjoy your meal
