We came together for the birthday of my mother Asu last night, it was a very nice and enjoyable evening. We fried sea bream together. You know, I don’t eat it, but according to my wife, it was very delicious, of course I didn’t go hungry, I ate salad and lots of money.
5 sea bream (1 per person)
1 cup of flour
1 water glass measure of oil
Wash the sea bream you have cleaned at the fisherman, and cut the two sides deeply with a knife. Mix the flour and salt.
Throw the floured fish into the hot oil.
Deep fry on the stove over medium heat. Since it is a large fish, cooking it on a slow fire will ensure that the inside is cooked thoroughly.
