Corn Chicken Salad – Practical Recipes

Corn Chicken Salad
- 1 chicken breast (with bone)
- 8-10 pickled gherkins
- 1 small can of corn
- half a bunch of dill
- Quarter bunch of parsley
- Juice of half a lemon
- 3-4 tablespoons of oil
- black pepper, salt
Chicken breast is boiled in boiling water, removed from the water and left to cool. After cooling, it is chopped or finely chopped. Dill and parsley are finely chopped. It is added to the chicken with pickles and corn. In a small bowl, oil, lemon, salt and pepper are mixed and poured over the salad. Mix and transfer to the serving plate.
