Couscous Pasta with Chicken and Vegetables – Practical Recipes

Chicken and Vegetable Couscous Pasta
- half a pack of couscous
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 tomato
- 7-8 sprigs of parsley
- 1 pinch of rosemary
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- half chicken breast
- salt, pepper, black pepper, curry
While the couscous is boiled in water like boiling pasta, onions are fried in oil in another pot. Add boiled and shredded chicken. Chopped peppers, tomatoes, rosemary, tomato paste, parsley and lastly spices are added and roasted. Roasted ingredients are added to the boiled and filtered couscous and mixed. Enjoy your meal.
