Curry Chicken Salad – Practical Recipes

Chicken Curry Salad

  • 5 – 6 leaves of core lettuce
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 small cucumbers
  • 2 tablespoons canned corn (optional)
  • a pinch of dill
  • half a lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 medium tomato (I didn’t use it because I don’t like tomatoes)
  • 1 chicken breast
  • Salt, Black Pepper, Curry
  • A little olive oil for cooking the chickens

Let’s start by preparing our chickens first. After washing our chicken well, we cut it into cubes. We pour a pinch of curry on our chickens and mix all the chickens with spices with our hands. (If we let our chickens wait for a while after this stage, we will make the seasoning work better, but I usually have to keep this step short due to lack of time.) We put our Teflon pan on the stove, pour a few drops of oil and ensure that the whole pan is lubricated with the help of a paper towel. We throw our chickens, which we have kept waiting for as long as we can, into the hot pan. We should not mix our chickens all the time so that they can cook comfortably. It will be enough to mix it from time to time. Meanwhile, we chop the cucumber and lettuce from our salad ingredients and grate the carrot. We continue to cook our chickens until they turn yellow. First of all, our chicken will give some water to the pan. When this water begins to withdraw, we add black pepper, salt and some more curry. We cook it for a while and get a soft meat. We mix well the lettuce, cucumber, carrot and optionally corn and tomato that we take in the salad bowl. In a small bowl or saucer, we mix olive oil and the juice of half a lemon and pour it into our salad. After we eat the sauce, we sprinkle the chicken in our pan on our salad and serve. Enjoy your meal. 🙂

Notes:

You can use different sauces as a salad dressing, but I didn’t want to use a sauce with the chicken. I thought that we should both eat fewer calories, eat comfortably in dieters, and make chicken the star of our meal. 🙂

It is better if our vegetables are as dry as possible so that our salad dressing will work better into our salad. After washing, we must dry the vegetables.
