Dried Cod Bean Bread
- 1 cup of dried kidney beans
- 3 roasted red peppers (from canned)
- Juice of 1 lemon or vinegar
- 1 small can of corn
- 2 spring onions
- half a bunch of parsley
- 5-6 pickled gherkins
- olive oil
- salt
Dried Cod Beans Recipe and Preparation:
Boil the dried kidney beans in a pot. Be careful not to fall apart. After cooking, drain the water and add lemon and salt to it while it is hot and mix it. And chop all the other ingredients and add to the cowpea. After mixing them all, rest for 1-2 hours. Serve on a serving plate. Enjoy your meal
