Dukan Burger – Kitchen Secrets – Practical Recipes
I was going to start my writing by saying hello on a sunny Istanbul morning, but the weather was already back to normal by the time I finished my routine work and started writing. Actually he is undecided, the sun is doing cee ee 🙂
1-2 days ago, I decided to make my own dukan burger instead of cooking ready-made hamburger patties with a high fat content.

Another delicious alternative is chicken burger, its recipe is here. But you should not forget that if you are on a diet, of course, lower the fat content and add oat bran to the mortar using breadcrumbs.
Normally, no onion or garlic is put into hamburger meatballs, and even salt and ground black pepper are not included in the meatballs. The reason for this is to enjoy the taste of carefully selected meat with a balanced fat ratio.
If you’re going to make a Dukan burger, you have to change it up a bit, because we definitely don’t want the fat in the meat. When I buy, I reserve the fat of the meat and then grind the ground meat. When lean meat is cooked in a pan or grill without oil, it will dry out, a little intervention is needed to prevent this and to make it suitable for our taste.
There are 2 huge meatballs from the recipe I gave. One of these meatballs is enough to fill me up, but you can also eat the second meatball if you want. You can even make more and put them in the freezer.
In addition, if you are on vegetable + protein days, you can cook red pepper, mushrooms and onions in a pan without oil, as we did in the evening, and add them to your burger.
You can use the sandwich bread here or this crepe for serving. You can make your hamburger even more delicious with pickled cucumbers, dijon mustard and greens.
Last night, we made a lot of hamburgers because we had a guest, it’s worth getting into the grill business when the amount is large, but I used a Teflon pan because I made 1 burger when I was alone.
Ingredients for Dukan Burger Recipe
- 250 g lean ground beef
- Half of 1 medium onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- Black pepper
How to Make Dukan Burger Recipe?
- Put the minced meat in the mixing bowl, add the spices. Grate the onion and garlic, add them to the minced meat and knead.
- Divide the kneaded minced meat into 2 parts. First, shape it into a ball and give it a hamburger shape. (thin as much as possible to avoid raw inside).
- Cover the meatballs with cling wrap and let them rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Cook side-to-side in a pan without oil or on a cast iron grill.
- Serve with your prepared bread or pancakes.
