  • 2 tablespoons of oat bran
  • 1 egg white
  • 5 tablespoons of light milk
  • Less than 1 teaspoon of baking powder

  • thinly sliced ​​peppers
  • 2 slices of bacon or ham without fenugreek

How to Make Dukan Pizza Recipe?

  1. Whisk the oat bran, egg white, light milk and baking powder well in a bowl.
  2. Lightly grease a small pan and wipe it with a napkin, take the pan over the low-burning stove and pour the wholemeal mixture you have prepared.
  3. Sprinkle the peppers, bacon, feta cheese and tomatoes over the crepe.
  4. When the bottom is slightly cooked and the edges begin to bubble, take it into the oven that you have heated to 200 degrees and cook for 1-2 minutes. Serve hot.
