Ingredients for Edema Relief White Tea Recipe
- 500 ml water (2.5 cups)
- a handful of parsley,
- 1 stick of cinnamon,
- 1-2 cloves
- 2 bags of white tea
Fabrication:
- Take the parsley, cinnamon, cloves and water on the stove and bring to a boil. Turn off the stove when it boils.
- Add 2 bags of white tea, infuse for 3-4 minutes and strain.
- Whether for hot or cold.
