I think I start with you know how much I love avocado in my introduction to every avocado recipe 🙂 I think I have to mention it because I often come across people who still don’t try, don’t like or can’t ripen it 🙂 Moreover, my daughter has already started to eat it with love. Sometimes I mix plain baden into fruit purees.

Ingredients for Fit Pudding – Avocado Banana No Cooking Pudding Recipe
- 1 medium ripe avocado
- 2 medium ripe bananas
- 2-3 tablespoons of raw cocoa
- 3-4 tablespoons of honey
Fit Pudding – How to Make Avocado Banana No Cooking Pudding Recipe?
- Remove the seed of the avocado and take it out with a spoon and put it in the blender jar.
- Add the peeled bananas, cocoa and honey and run the blender until it reaches the consistency of pudding.
- Divide the mixture you prepared into the cups. After cooling for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator, garnish with banana slices and serve.
