Flourless: Chocolate and Tahini Bomb

Chocolate tahini bomb recipe ingredients
For the ganache coating:
- 175 g dark chocolate
- 160 ml cream (3/4 cup)
- 1-2 tablespoons of tahini
How to make a chocolate tahini bomb?
- Melt the butter and chocolate together in a bain-marie.
- Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla for 3-4 minutes. Add the slightly cooled chocolate-butter mixture. Add tahini. Add salt and cocoa.
- Place baking paper on the bottom of a 23 cm springform mold (either square or round) and bake in a 160 degree hot oven for 40-45 minutes. It should remain slightly moist.
- When it comes to room temperature, cool in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours.
- For the ganache, bring the cream to the boiling point and remove from the heat. Melt the chocolate in it. Let it cool slightly in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Pour the ganache over the cooled cake. Drizzle with a spoonful of tahini. Draw zigzags with the last toothpick. Chill for another 2 hours in the refrigerator and serve. Enjoy your meal.
