Flourless: Chocolate and Tahini Bomb

Chocolate tahini bomb recipe ingredients

For the ganache coating:

  • 175 g dark chocolate
  • 160 ml cream (3/4 cup)
  • 1-2 tablespoons of tahini

How to make a chocolate tahini bomb?

  1. Melt the butter and chocolate together in a bain-marie.
  2. Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla for 3-4 minutes. Add the slightly cooled chocolate-butter mixture. Add tahini. Add salt and cocoa.
  3. Place baking paper on the bottom of a 23 cm springform mold (either square or round) and bake in a 160 degree hot oven for 40-45 minutes. It should remain slightly moist.
  4. When it comes to room temperature, cool in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours.
  5. For the ganache, bring the cream to the boiling point and remove from the heat. Melt the chocolate in it. Let it cool slightly in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  6. Pour the ganache over the cooled cake. Drizzle with a spoonful of tahini. Draw zigzags with the last toothpick. Chill for another 2 hours in the refrigerator and serve. Enjoy your meal.
