  • 250 g of fresh broad beans
  • 1 medium size carrot
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of onion zest
  • 7-8 stalks of parsley
  • 3 tablespoons of whole wheat flour
  • 1 egg

  1. Remove the pods and remove the bones. Peel the carrot and cut it into 2-3 parts.
  2. Boil the broad beans and carrots in salted water until soft.
  3. Strain the boiled ingredients and put them in the robot. Add 1 clove of garlic, parsley leaves and grated onion on it and shred it (not like water, but leave it grainy).
