Komiç Ravioli – Practical Recipes


  • 2 glasses of water
  • 1 egg
  • salt
  • flour as much

For inside:

  • green cheese (erzurum moldy cheese)

For the above:

Put the ingredients in the mixing bowl and add the flour gradually to obtain a medium hard dough. Rest the dough for 10 minutes. Break off walnut-sized pieces and open them in your hand. Put the cheese in the middle and close it. Cook the ravioli in hot water until soft, just like boiling pasta. I recommend adding a few tablespoons of oil to the water so that it does not stick. Strain the cooked ravioli in a strainer. Put it on a serving plate and drizzle melted margarine on it. Enjoy your meal.
