Leek Meal with Olive Oil

  • 1 kilo of leeks
  • 4 carrots
  • a handful of rice
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon of chili paste
  • 1 and a half glasses of water
  • salt and 1 teaspoon of sugar

Dice the leek and chop it. Cut the carrot in round shape. Put olive oil in the pan and fry the carrot. Add the leek and fry for a few more minutes. Add the paste and throw the rice. Add salt, sugar and lemon juice according to your taste. Add the hot water last and let it cook on low heat. Do not mix too much and mix carefully so that the leeks do not fall apart. You can eat it warm or cold. Enjoy your meal.
