Lentil Meatballs with Potatoes – Practical Recipes
LENTILE MEATBALL WITH POTATOES
- 4 Boiled Potatoes
- 1 Cup of Red Lentils
- 1 Glass of Brown Fine Bulgur
- 1 Dry Onion
- 1 pinch Green Onion
- 1 Tablespoon of Pepper Paste
- 1 Tablespoon of Tomato Paste
- 1 bunch Parsley
- 1 pinch of Fresh Mint (or you can use dried mint)
- Liquid oil
- 1 tablespoon of Pomegranate Minus
- Salt, Cumin, Chilli Powder, Red Pepper Powder, Black Pepper
Boil the lentils with 2 glasses of water. After taking it off the stove, pour the bulgur into it and cover it with a towel and let the bulgur swell. The bulgur will swell in about 15 minutes. If the water is less, you can add a little more hot water and wait for 2 more minutes. Chop the onion. Put oil in the pan and fry the onion. Add the pepper paste and tomato paste. After frying, mash the boiled potatoes. Add to the lentil mixture and mix until the tomato paste is thoroughly mixed. Chop the parsley and green onion and add them. Add the pomegranate extract, black pepper, cumin, chili pepper, ground pepper, salt. Squeeze the juice of a lemon if desired. Knead well and shape by squeezing with your hands. Arrange the curls on the serving plate. You can serve the meatballs you prepared on the curly rolls.
Note from admin: if you squeeze 1 lemon completely, it will be more delicious, I recommend.
