Making Yogurt with Butter
- 2.5 lt full-fat milk from the dairy if possible
- 2 tablespoons butter (softened at room temperature)

Jar Yoghurt Recipe and Preparation:
First, let’s get the milk in our pot. Turn off the heat after the milk boils well. Let’s fill the jars. When it gets warm, let’s put 1 teaspoon of butter in each jar and mix it well. Let’s shut your mouth tightly and wrap it in a blanket. Let it stay like this for 1 night. Let’s put it in the fridge in the morning. After resting in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours, our yoghurt is ready, bon appetit.
