• 125 gr Butter (Soft)
• 1 egg yolk (to be brushed on the white)

• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 3 cups flour
• 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar

For the above :

• 1 egg white
• 1 tablespoon sesame
• 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
