Ingredients for Haddock Frying Recipe

  • 1 kilo of haddock
  • 2 cups cornmeal
  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 3 egg yolks
  • Oil for frying (1-2 tablespoons of butter optionally)
  • salt, pepper

How to Make Haddock Pan Recipe?

  2. Wash the cleaned fish thoroughly and put it in a strainer to drain. Take wheat and corn flour on 2 separate plates. Add salt to the wheat flour and mix well.
  3. Whisk the egg yolks well in a bowl. Dip the fish first in wheat flour, then in egg, then in corn flour and fry in hot oil with added butter.
