Pasta Salad – Practical Recipes

With deliciously prepared side dishes pasta salad It is a very savior dish on special occasions.


  • half a pack of pasta (thimble, whistle, butterfly, auger)
  • 1 jar of garnish ( 500 gr)
  • 10-12 pickled gherkins
  • 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise
  • 2 cups of yogurt
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • about half a teaspoon of oil
  • salt

Grate the garlic and mix it with yogurt and mayonnaise. Boil the pasta to keep it slightly firm and drain the water. A little oil is drizzled (while waiting for it not to stick) and it is left to warm up. When it cools down, add the garnish and pickles you cut into small pieces, add the yogurt mixture to the pasta you mixed last, and mix it again.

Note: You can add corn, dill, grated carrots upon request.
