Pink Rice Recipe and Preparation

  • 2 cups of rice
  • (Soaked in lukewarm water)
  • 1 beef bouillon or broth
  • juice of half a glass of beet salad
  • 1 tablespoon of star noodle
  • 2 spoonful butter

We put our oil in our rice cooker and melt it until it starts to smell. Then we add our star noodle and start frying. When the color turns slightly, add 2 cups of rice and fry for 2-3 minutes until the rice becomes transparent. The measurement for my rice is 1 cup of rice and 1 cup of hot water. Everyone’s size is different. On average, everyone adds 1.5 cups of hot water to 1 cup of rice. Add 1.5 cups of hot water to half a glass of beet juice, dissolve our broth tablet in it and add it to the rice. On low heat, we draw the water and cook it until it is grainy.
