Potato Balls with Yogurt – Practical Recipes

A very simple and delicious recipe with garlic yogurt poured over mashed potatoes. yoghurt potato balls


  • 5-6 potatoes
  • salt, pepper, paprika
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic

Wash the potatoes thoroughly and boil them in plenty of water. Peel the skins of the boiled potatoes and mash them. Add salt, black pepper, paprika and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and make round balls. We make a hollow in the middle by pressing lightly with our finger. We put the garlic yoghurt we prepared before in and on the pit. If desired, we can burn oil on it and serve with chili peppers. Enjoy your meal
