Potato Salad with Mayonnaise – Practical Recipes

Potato Salad with Mayonnaise
- 5 medium potatoes (boiled)
- 10 – 12 pickled cucumbers
- 4 tablespoons of strained yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 3 cloves of garlic
- olive oil
To Decorate:
Dill, Chopped green olives, Pickled cucumbers and radishes
Let’s boil the potatoes. Finely chop into a large enough bowl. Add the pickles and dill and mix. Let’s mix the strained yogurt, mayonnaise, crushed garlic and salt in a separate place. Add it to the potatoes and mix it well. Let’s take it on a serving plate and lay it on top as 1 row of pickles, 1 row of dill, 1 row of green olives, as I did in the picture. Optionally, it can be garnished with chili or mint.
