Potato Salad with Yogurt and Carrots
- 6-7 medium potatoes
- 3 cucumbers
- 2 carrots
- 4-5 tablespoons of yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- half a bunch of dill
- 1 cup chopped pickled gherkins (optional)
- olive oil, salt
Recipe and Preparation of Potato Salad with Yogurt and Carrots;
Wash the potatoes well and boil them until soft. After cooling, peel the skins and chop into small pieces.
Peel the cucumbers and grate them. Squeeze well with your palm to drain the juice and add to the potatoes. (no juice will be added) Grate the carrots and add them to the salad in the same way. Add the chopped pickles and finely chopped dill. Mix the yogurt and mayonnaise in a separate bowl. Add olive oil and salt according to your taste. Put the dressing on the salad and mix well. Garnish with chopped dill and serve. Enjoy your meal..
