  • 4 tablespoons of oatmeal
  • 4 tablespoons of yogurt
  • 7-8 almonds or 3 whole walnuts
  • 1 medium fig (you can also sweeten it with other fruits in season)

How to Make Oatmeal Practical Breakfast Recipe?
