Puff Pastry – Practical Recipes

MANTI WITH MİLFÖYLÜ
- 10-15 pieces of puff pastry dough
- 200 g minced meat
- 1 onion (small)
- chili pepper
- black pepper
- salt
For the above;
- yogurt
- garlic
- 3 tablespoons of butter
Puff Pastry Recipe and Preparation:
Take the minced meat in a large bowl and grate the onion on it. Add the spices and salt and mix well. We take a square from our puff pastry dough and divide this square into 4 equal parts. We put our mince inside the squares and close them by joining the ends. We arrange them on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper so that the joined part is on the tray. We do the same process on all leaves. We bake in a preheated 200 degree oven. While our ravioli is cooking, we prepare the garlic yoghurt. After melting our butter and removing it from the fire, we add the paprika to it. We pour our yoghurt on the hot ravioli coming out of the oven, then the butter and serve immediately. Enjoy your meal.
NOTE: You can prepare the puff pastries and keep them in the refrigerator and if you cook them close to your service, you can also pour the yogurt just before serving.
