Purslane Salad

  • 1 bunch of purslane
  • 6 tablespoons of strained yogurt
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic (optional)
  • olive oil
  • salt, mint, paprika

Preparation of:

Clean the purslane, wash it thoroughly with plenty of water, divide it into three, mix the crushed garlic and strained yogurt in a bowl. Add purslane, salt and olive oil and mix. Take the salad on a serving plate. Garnish with mint and paprika. Refrigerate for half an hour and then serve. Enjoy your meal
