Rice Salad – Practical Recipes

  • 2 cups of rice
  • 1 Turkish coffee cup olive oil
  • 1 box of canned corn
  • 1 can of canned peas
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 1 cup finely chopped gherkins
  • 1 core lettuce
  • 3 lemons
  • salt

Rice Salad Recipe and Preparation:

The night before the salad is served, rice is cooked. Rice is roasted in olive oil and 2.5-3 glasses of boiling water is added to it and cooked in the brewing method. It is left to cool in the refrigerator. When it will be served, finely chopped ingredients are added and the juice of 3 lemons + salt is added. Enjoy your meal
