Sheet Pan – Practical Recipes

Sheet Pan Recipe

  • half a kilo of meat
  • half a teaspoon of oil
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 4 village peppers
  • 1 small onion
  • salt, pepper, paprika, thyme

Wash the cubed meat and cook it in its own juice. Put the cooked meat in a sheet pan and drizzle oil on it. Add diced tomatoes to it. Add the finely chopped peppers and onions and mix. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tomatoes and peppers soften. Add the spices 5 minutes before closing time. Your meal is ready to be served. Enjoy your meal.

NOTE: If you do not have a sheet pan at home, you can make it in a large saucepan, but for your information, it is great in a sheet pan.
