I haven’t wanted sweets for a long time, but today I made a dukan cookie that I prepared for myself to relieve my boredom. This time I took out the oatmeal and added some lemon zest and cinnamon.

I’ve also made stuffed chicken and chicken in an oven bag before. Today, instead of grilling the steaks that were waiting in the freezer, I threw them in the oven bag. The meat was very tasty and like Turkish delight.

Ingredients for Oven Bag Steak Recipe

  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 10 mushrooms
  • 300 g beef steak
  • salt, black pepper
  • optional thyme and red pepper flakes

How to Make Steak Recipe in an Oven Bag?

  1. Slice your steak as thick as a finger.
  2. Peel the onion and garlic and cut into 2-3 parts. Cut the mushrooms lengthwise into 2 parts.
  3. Add all the ingredients and put them in the oven bag. Place the oven bag on the tray, close the mouth of the bag and make 2-3 holes on it with the help of a knife.
  4. Bake the meat in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 50 minutes.
  5. Serve with greens.
