Stuffed Peppers Recipe – Practical Recipes

Stuffed peppers
- half a kilo of ground beef
- 14-15 bell peppers (not too big)
- 1 medium onion
- 1 teaspoon of rice
- 1 teaspoon of tomato paste
- 1.5 teaspoons of mint
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- salt, pepper
- half a teaspoon of oil
For the above:
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste (mix with 1 bowl of hot water)
- 1 tomato
Stuffed Pepper Recipe and Preparation
Take the minced meat in a mixing bowl. Grate the onion on it. Add the washed rice and all the ingredients and knead well. Sort and wash the bell peppers. Stuff the bell peppers with minced meat and place them upright in the pot. Cut the tomato into small pieces and place it on the stuffing. Pour the tomato paste water you prepared on it and put it on the stove. Cook until the rice is soft. Cook the dolmas on low heat and add hot water little by little if the water runs out.
