Sun Fries – Practical Recipes


  • 3 potatoes
  • 2 eggplants
  • 2 zucchini
  • as many red and green peppers as you want
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 cup of garlic yogurt
  • depending on the number of people

Sun Fries Recipe and Preparation

Fry the diced potatoes, eggplant, zucchini, red and green peppers separately and mix them. Place the bowl filled with garlic yoghurt in the middle of a large serving plate and spread the fried fries you have blended around it. Peel and grate the tomatoes and cook them in their own juices. Don’t forget to salt. Spread the prepared tomato sauce on the fries. Divide a sheet of dough into eight equal parts. Get triangles like spring rolls. Wrap the phyllo in a straw (the stick we drink soft drink), pull the straw and fry it in oil. Arrange them in the shape of the sun on the fries as in the photo. It is very nice to eat with pastry instead of bread. Enjoy your meal
