Tabule Recipe – Practical Recipes

  • Half a glass of fine bulgur
  • 1 cup of hot water
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3 bunches of parsley
  • 1 bunch of mint
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 small cucumber
  • half a teaspoon of olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • Salt, Black Pepper

Tabule Recipe and Preparation:

Put the bulgur and 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a bowl, pour hot water on it and leave it in a closed container for 20 minutes. Finely chop the parsley and mint. We remove the seeds of the tomatoes and cucumbers and chop them into very small cubes. Take the bulgur in a salad bowl and add the ingredients except tomatoes and mix well. Let the mixture sit in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Add the tomatoes and mix and serve cold. (10-15 minutes of rest will be enough) If you wish, you can sweeten it with pomegranate syrup.
