Tantuni Recipe – Practical Recipes


  • half kg. lamb cubed (can also be beef)
  • 2 tablespoons of margarine.
  • 1 onion
  • 2 green onions
  • 2 green peppers
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon of ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 spoon of tomato paste

Recipe of the dish

Chop the chicken meat into small pieces. After washing and straining, put it on the sheet, add margarine. Wait until the meat releases its water and absorbs it. When it starts to fry, continue to fry, stirring constantly. Add 1 tablespoon of ground pepper and turn off the stove. Set the meat aside. Chop green onions, onions, tomatoes and green peppers and fry them in the remaining oil for 5.10 minutes, stirring. Put the meat back on the plate and mix. Put it in lavash bread and serve with the salad.

Note: I recommend making this dish in sac. If you don’t have sheet metal at home, you can make it in a large skillet.
