Zahter Salad – Practical Recipes

- 100 gr. zahtar
- 2 small tomatoes
- 1 green pepper
- 1 small onion
- 10 green olives
- 3 green onions
- half a bunch of parsley
For the sauce;
- 3 tablespoons of pomegranate syrup
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
The leaves of the zahter are washed and sorted. It is chopped and rubbed with salt to remove the bitter juice. It is washed again. Dry onions are born thinly and rubbed with zahter. Finely chop the parsley and pepper. Green olives are finely chopped. Tomatoes, cucumbers are cut into small cubes. The sauce is prepared and poured over the chopped ingredients. Take it to the serving plate.
